Method
Preheat the oven 190C
Add oil to pan
Add garlic & onions, cook 4 mins
Add tomato paste, seasoning, tamari, breadcrumbs
Transfer to bowl, mix in all other ingredients
Press into desired shape for muffin tin
Mix topping ingredients, spread on top of ea loaf
Bake in oven 30 mins, enjoy 🍄
