I get pissed when I go to childrenβs bookstores. All of the new childrenβs books are just about navel gazing stuff adult millennials learned in therapy. Kids donβt want to read about having self-esteem. My kid wants stories about witches and skeletons and worms. Is that too much to ask for?

My two year old is a very adventurous and enthusiastic eater. I made a kale lentil salad yesterday and I told him it had feta and olives and he acted like Iβd said gumdrops and sprinkles?? He ate it up!

Iβve started signing my name bigger on paintings, not only because I think itβs something that woman painters should do, but also because I like the look of text. I would like to come up with some more creative ways to do it, hopefully to integrate it into the image in a way that would confuse AI.
