Started the process of closing my twitter. Been on there since 2009. Shame because it was a great place until the dickheads messed it up.
Been neglecting this place. How's it going over here? Feels like I need everyone I know/follow to leave insta/twitter/Facebook & just meet in one place & delete the rest. Haven't had much to say recently either. Lots going on, just riding the wave until things settle I guess.
Turning 50 next Thursday.

The last couple of months I've been completing 100 push ups a day. I've felt great in body & mind. Broke off for a few days due to tiredness after a weekend of gigs & have felt crappy. Just did a split 50 & planked between. Definitely something to say about using energy gives you energy 💪🏼

So going forward, 2025 , my 50th year on earth & 33rd year DJing I'm gonna be looking at getting back to doing more varied gigs rather than being stuck in one place. 😎
This weekend just gone I played two nights at the same venue. Week before on Friday it was dead. I played music to approx 2 people & the bar staff for 3hrs before anyone else came in. It's soul destroying.
I need to start to enjoy playing more. Definitely needs a shake up.
DJing weekly at a venue that's changed so much since lockdown has become increasingly frustrating. The crowd (or lack of) has changed. As I turn 50 next month I feel like a change will be the way forward. Not quitting DJing but definitely see a change of pace in the new year.
