Lack of consideration
My big belief is that almost all the man-made pain we see in the world today is caused by a lack of empathy. And, at its root, a lack of empathy is an intentional lack of consideration for someone/people you choose not to care about
Nuance
A big part of our growth when we're young is pattern recognition, which makes us inclined to simplify concepts, relationships, and so on, and think that's the way the world works
It's only as adults we come to see and understand complexity, which requires some unlearning of things
