Colourful embroidery on a white background featuring a busy design of bird, plant and animal motifs

The embroidery produced by Otomi (HΓ±Γ€hΓ±u) women of Mexico is known as Tenango Embroidery. Created with an "Otomi Stitch", the colourful designs of animals, plants & rural life represent the stories & beliefs of the people who produce this specific form of embroidered expression #Womensart

Ever wondered why you can see underwater bubbles: invisible air in invisible water?
It's because light bends slightly at the boundary between air & water, so light coming from behind the bubble is diverted away from your eye. The resulting dark line shows you the bubble must be there. Beautiful!

Grammarly Is Facing a Class Action Lawsuit Over Its AI β€˜Expert Review’ Feature The feature, which Grammarly shut down Wednesday, presented editing suggestions as if they came from established authors and academicsβ€”without their consent.

I'm suing Grammarly over its paid AI feature that presented editing suggestions as if they came from me - and many other writers and journalists - without consent.

State law requires consent before someone's name can be used for commercial purposes.
