Coming up on 30 years since the Dunblane school shooting massacre (13th March 1996) and watching another documentary about it. The families wanted to end legal handgun ownership and we passed those laws. We’ve not had a school shooting since. I ache for all Americans who cannot get this done there.
I’m seeing a whole lot of “but what about” posts on here today.
We’ve reached the point of fascism (a long time ago, honestly) when things are really bad for a lot of people.
Someone naming how it’s bad for them isn’t taking anything from you. Solidarity with each other is the way out of this.

trump, who get the best security in the country, is telling us to expect to die.
The war on Iran is unfolding alongside a wave of mass layoffs in the US. These are not separate crises. They are two sides of the same offensive by the ruling class against the working class.
The subtext of course is they don't want to ever have to share their playground with any minority.
Who else up cortisolmaxxing?
I've been tempted to read the book lately, knowing a bit of Wade Davis' work. The film has a special place in my heart probably because I was in high school when the it was released, and the hype was geared toward young horror fans like I was at the time.
Things that are tougher than Markwayne Mullin:
-the oil stain on my driveway
-an Amish clothespin
-my deceased grandmother’s bursitis
-this bagel I’m eatin
-a single scale from the wing of a monarch butterfly bound for a forest in Mexico

I was already used to the stars back then
enjoyed being spied on by divinity
