Q7 | tap into the wisdom of the crowd. Been working solo for six months under the pump. It's been good to come up for air and engage with others in the field๐.

Q6 | Problem: the billions of things I have to do ๐
Solution: prioritise and discipline.
Q5 | Microsoft CoPilot and Google Gemini have made their way into the enterprise. AIs can draw from emails/org specific content. Getting the answers there and then for the end user. Adaptive learning on tap. I think we really need to stay on our toes or we'll become extinct.

Q4 | Very high. Just finished rolling out bespoke engineering software to a highly resistant and vocal bunch of engineers in the mining sector (I don't think they're on this network ๐ฌ). Spent time clearly understanding expectation. Getting it right is a strong enabler for adoption.

Q2 | I do a mini-SWOT analysis on a notepad about once a fortnight. I think about current state Vs future state. I look for gaps and areas to leverage. I'm keen to avoid errors of omission. And if I make them, learn from them. Often overlooked. more important than errors of commission.

Q1 | things are getting very competitive in Aus. Jobs in our field are attracting hundreds of applications. Goal: stay on the cutting edge of technology. Concerned about AI disruption on jobs. It's providing strong motivation.
