I haven’t been but it sounds like
it’s the exact opposite of all the trends since before Covid. People want simple, good, and reasonably priced. This is filling a gap between ostentatious and McDonald’s. The Harp in Brookland is also doing well I think.

Andrew Brandt on his podcast a few weeks ago said that during his time with the Packers they always paid market rates. You don’t want to get into spats with other teams because of offset language in coach contracts.
