In America though, Hibachi implies the tricks and all the flairs.

Like you shouldn't go to a Teppanyaki restaurant in Japan and expect this (they simply do not do that over there).

I worked in the food industry for a few years before becoming a bartender.

For a very short time, I was a hibachi chief (did all those tricks on the grill). Why? Because the owner was short staffed and he looked at me like, how would you like to learn? 🍸

Besides Miku Day, 03/09 is also Thank You (san kyuu) day so I just want to thank YOU for being here and for all the support you've given me these past few months 🙇‍♂️
