I mean that some BC 26 versions had the issue that they would ignore missing permissions although this was set differently.
There has been a PR to verify lowered permissions, but this was not completed. (Maybe this was solved differently)

I guess that the permissions weren't correctly checked in your BC 26 environment. We had an issue in a BC 26 OnPrem Environment that the tests weren't checked correctly for test codeunits. I guess that's the reason for this error.
I had the same issue starting this week for one of our test Codeunits where I haven't specified the Test permissions property
Is there any documentation that explains if the a change on CurrReport.Language has any influence on the GlobalLanguage ?
Someone thought that the GlobalLanguage would be changed, but it wasn't.
It makes sense that this isn't changed, but I couldn't find any documentation.

I know that you can add something after the base BC SaaS Url.
Something like health , performance, status, connectivity
Then a page will open that checks your connection to business central and requried azure services.
My problem is that I never can rember this short link

I really like this documentation of different type of events.
I really like the manual event pattern, but we aren't able to force manual binding for events.
Is there already an idea for forcing manual event binding?
TypeHelper (most used in the past) -> now replaced with several CUs in System App.
DimMgt for any dimension customization.
I then downloaded the DLL manually from GitHub for my specific AL Language Version.
Now everything is working again
