A three-panel page in the comic Material Dimensions part one by Carlos B. In the first panel, a blobby character with spikes on their head and two bands on each arm jumps off a high bridge while holding a football shaped device with handles on the sides. As they jump, another character shouts โno!โ while a third character looks on. In the second panel, we see the spiked character falling down with a tall, cylindrical rock column in the background. In the third panel, the character begins to rotate as they struggle with the device in the air and they fall toward a pool of glowing liquid. When they are almost at the bottom, there is a KA-CHACK sound and a flash of light.

In the second panel, we see the have dived into a large bell-shaped pool and they are approaching a large tunnel going down at the bottom. In the third panel, the characters continue diving and the text of the Goma's thoughts reads โI remember my first day of contributions.โ In the fourth panel, the characters enter the tunnel and the text continues โฆโ that feeling of purpose.โ In the fifth panel, the characters continue to dive down the tunnel as it twists. In the sixth panel, they dive deeper as Goma's thoughts continue: โit seems so long ago.โ
A six-panel page from the comic Material Dimensions part one by Carlos B. In the first panel, a new character explains to Oobin how to harvest: โLEMME SHOW YA THE WAY O' THINGS DOWN HERE IN THE POCKET, AND THEN YOU CAN GET GOING.โ In the second panel, they touch a bulbous growth on the wall of an underground cave and say โSEE HOW SWOLE THESE SKUB-BULBS ARE? MEANS THEY'RE READY.โ In the third panel, they reach their hands into the bulb and it makes the sound SHLORP as they say: โREACH IN AND GRAB THE SKUB INSIDE. IT'LL STRETCH A WAYS.โ In the fourth panel, they say: โGIVE IT A TWIST UNTIL YA FEEL A POP, THEN JUST PULL AND...โ as they pull a round object out of the bulb. It makes the sound GOOSH. In the fifth panel, they hold the round slimy object that was pulled out. It has a bumpy texture and a dark spot in the center. They say: โCHIRB! NOW, Y'SEE THAT DARK SPOT? THAT'S WHAT YA WANT, THE SKUB-NUB.โ In the sixth panel, the character smashes the object on the ground with both hands with a CRACK. Goo and a dark round object spills out.
