Known in English as Betty Blue, a very good film (particularly in its longest form) that I love along with the director's Diva, Roselyne and the Lions, and IP5. I think Jean-Jacques Beineix is a bit overlooked these days.

Still never seen it. Need to. Finally saw The Tenant a year or so ago on TCM and loved it. Wonderfully dark humor, plus I love that time period.
Haha or with Alfred Hitchcock after never giving him best director. Tackorama. Al Pacino for Scent of a Woman ranks right up there with crummy "body of work" awards. Any nuance he had in the '70s was long gone.
