三菱商事の洋上風力撤退という失態もあり、日本では悲嘆ムードの漂う風力発電（再エネ支持者ですら「やっぱ太陽光の方が、ネ…」となってる気配もある）だが、世界的には普通にめちゃ元気よく躍進している風力発電であった…という記事。
世界の風力発電設備設置量が過去最高を記録し、牽引するのはやはり中国だが、インドも中国に次ぐ最大の市場となった。このたびの化石燃料危機でまた評価の見直しが続く予感も。
日本やアメリカがどうなろうと、極右や排外主義や非科学デマに押しつぶされて国ごと沈没しようと、良くも悪くも世界は先に進む…といえば無常に響くが。
