Gen AI app founders, how do you price your products?
I currently charge 0.375$/0.25$/0.22$ (3 plans) per video, assuming all credits are used. I pay 0.17$ to replicate plus Stripe fees and hosting costs.
This is a low margin but credits expire after a month.

Since AI photo generation is costly, the free trial uses a lower quality image model (flux-schnell).
The results? Each video now gets thousands of views on both IG Reels and TikTok! 🔥 It takes us less than 5 minutes to schedule 3-4 of these videos every day, and app downloads are WAY up. This simple format turned everything around.
Always looking for an excuse to build instead of doing marketing, I wrote a tool for myself to make videos in this format even faster. From a short prompt it generates a catchy hook + 4 images and turns it into a mp4 ready to post.
