I strongly support this organization and its efforts. I've seen what book bans do and who they target. Please see the official information below about the organization and how to get involved.

Public Service Announcement...It's that time again, so manage your communications, prepare even more diligently for travel, and don't buy any houses. But you can let go of what no longer serves you. Honour your commitments to self (and others). Happy Mercury Retrograde! :)

Today, my 14th #kidlit book goes out into the world. Asha And Baz Meet Gladys West is a chapter book series about #WomenInSTEM. Modern-day GPS is based on the mathematical work of Gladys West.

Let's celebrate the number 14 with a cup of tea (or beverage of your choice). Cheers! β˜•

My latest publication took me outside my comfort zone but working with Jessica made me feel like I could contribute my perspective. The work that everyone is doing in preserving & reclaiming lost aspects of Yiddish literature is commendable. I'm honoured to be part of it.

Happy 10th Anniversary @ingeveb.bsky.social. I was quite surprised when Jessica asked me to write a review as Yiddish Studies. I've also used the journal for my research. I was also paid for my writing, which is I know is part of their fundraising efforts: ingeveb.org/blog/in-geve.... Mazel Tov!

Kate's great thread is in response to the (underdiscussed) phenomenon of voters who jumped from the NDP to the Conservatives this election.

Some voters are drawn to the party they see as most anti-establishment. Poilievre has successfully rebranded the freaking CONSERVATIVES as anti-establishment.
