Fansubs are invariably written by the most obnoxious, pretentious, insufferable anime fans out there, and I don't want to watch them as a result. Maybe one day we'll get fan subs written by normal people, but until that day, you'll have to forgive me for not putting up with bullshit like this:

I watch anime dubbed. Why? Because the same filthy weeaboos who would tell me to watch subs would also have me believe that official subs are just as bad as dubs if not worse, and would tell me to watch fansubs, and there is absolutely no circumstance where I would ever consider watching fansubs.
