finally some good news

i wish i could have seen him one last time. it’s been so long since i saw him and my grandmother last.

my dad’s stepfather died. dad may have to go back to the UK for a bit to help my grandma clear out the house and manage, since she’s elderly and doesn’t drive.

and i’m just floored tbh. floored and really, really upset. upset that someone could treat somebody else this way and upset that yet again i have wasted my time and upset that clearly i wasn’t even worth a damn apology from him. he just backed off instantly rather than admit that he had been awful.

so a guy i had gone on three dates with suddenly decided to not show at a lunch date HE invited me on. when i texted him later and called him out for his rudeness he instantly pulled out the “maybe it’s best if we don’t continue this relationship etc. hope we can still be friends though!!” card.
