Copy of the poster being used in the RSL to promote this event. As well as the time, date & place details there is central text reading 'Drop in for cake, shredding and a celebration of the end of term'. Above the text are two images - one of a hand placing a piece of paper into the worry box and one as a student feeds their paper into the shredder. Beneath the text is a row of four cartoon cup cakes
A reminder that we invite you to join us and enjoy tea and cake when we shred the contents of the worry box on Wednesday. Everyone is welcome - if you haven't yet committed your concern to compostable paper then never fear, you can pen it and banish it in one fell swoop

The oath reads: 'I hereby undertake not to remove from the Library, or to mark, deface, or injure in any way, any volume, document, or other object belonging to it or in its custody; not to bring into the Library or kindle therein any fire or flame, and not to smoke in the Library; and I promise to obey all rules of the Library'

Don't miss the beautifully sculptural Hulu Nēnē dress by Hawaiian fashion designer, Manaola Yap, on display until 30 May. The name refers to the pattern - hulu means feather & nēne is the Hawaiian goose, whilst the pleats & spiralling of the skirt represent the ‘ie‘ie, a native Hawaiian plant.

Illustration of a person riding a horse from Chaucer's Canterbury Tales, followed by text: "He was as fresh as the month of May."
Ancient manuscript page featuring ornate, colorful initial capital letter "L" with elaborate floral and vine decorations. The text is written in a medieval script, with a modern overlay text reading "She is the mirror of all courtesy."
Manuscript page with ornate floral designs in the left margin. Handwritten text covers most of the page. A blue highlighted quote reads, "And she was as beautiful as a rose in May."
Medieval manuscript page featuring a woodcut illustration of a knight on horseback, surrounded by text from Geoffrey Chaucer's "The Canterbury Tales." Text overlay reads: "A true, perfect noble Knight."

Tip 5: Recycle right - avoid wishcycling – check the notices above our waste and recycling bins to see what we can and can’t recycle. Coffee cups, tissues and sweet wrappers belong in the General Waste bin. If in doubt put things in the General Waste bin to avoid contaminating the recycling.
