The professional athlete who wins this week’s LPGA Tournament of Champions will earn $315,000. The celebrity to win the amateur event will receive $100,000.
There’s no reason the amateur should be given nearly a third of what the tour professional makes.

The LPGA Tour is back this week! It's been a long couple of months. Good timing too, as the IBSF finished their World Cup season last week.

The IBSF started its World Cup season this past week! We have loved following women’s bobsleigh and skeleton the past six years. It’s a very entertaining sport, and the competitors are impressive athletes to say the least.
Bonus: the Cincinnati event is moving to Maketewah! It's a wonderful Ross design, and should make for a more compelling tournament than River's Bend.
Big news for the LPGA Tour: Every LPGA Tour event and every round will be presented live across the country for the first time, with select weekend rounds airing live on CNBC, plus a 50-percent increase in the total number of cameras versus the 2025 season.
