A graphic thanking Miguel AlmirΓ³n after he joined Atlanta United
After six years at the club, we can confirm that Miguel AlmirΓ³n has joined Atlanta United on a permanent deal.
Thank you for giving us some incredibly special memories, Miggy. Wishing you every success in the future! π€π€
I enjoyed it overall but felt like it was the weakest series yet - especially thought the Seer was a bit of an unnecessary gimmick that made the final a bit less tense and engaging.
Guys, this is insane.
Magdeburg are TOP of the table in 2.Bundesliga with ZERO home wins.
They the only team in the league without home wins.
And they are the leaders.
Statistically, the chances of that happening are zero.
Second half did not improve, very tired performance and a bad day at the office, combined with Bournemouth being so good - now to bounce back against Southampton.
Very dodgy first half, too sloppy on the ball and we're struggling to match Bournemouth's intensity. We're barely getting Isak on the ball either, he's too isolated. To be fair to Bournemouth they have been excellent mind #nufc
Only half the job done, but that was outstanding!
A tad late but happy new year! Hope everyone has a great 2025!
Excellent win - first 30 mins or so was outstanding and could've scored plenty more in that period. Dropped off a level after that but can't complain.
Lewis Hall once again proved he is a superb player too, so good both defensively and going forwards.

β½οΈ Bolton Wanderers 3-0 Lincoln City
πLeague One
First half had very little action outside of a lovely Aaron Collins goal, however a Lincoln player was sent off at HT for arguing with the ref, and Bolton took advantage with two Jay Matete goals and could've scored more.
#52 - Saturday 28th December 2024
β½οΈ Daisy Hill 2-1 Maghull
πNorth West Counties League Division One North
With Maghull 1-0 up in the second half, a red card for their goalkeeper changed the game. Daisy Hill scored from the resulting free kick before getting the winner shortly afterwards.

β½οΈ Clitheroe 2-1 Atherton Collieries
πNorthern Premier League Division One West
Clitheroe scored goals early in both halves to win 2-1 - Colls struggled to get any real foothold in the game, though did have a few opportunities to level the game.
Don't agree with this decision - recent results have been poor, but I think the quality in the final third is lacking aside from Hollerbach, and its really showed this season. Would've preferred to see Svensson get the chance to turn it round after the winter break with a few January additions.
#49 - Saturday 21st December 2024
β½οΈ Bristol Rovers 1-1 Wrexham
πLeague One
Wrexham dominated the first half after Bristol Rovers set up with a very defensive team, but some positive subs from Rovers saw them improve as the second half went on and a late equaliser secured a deserved point.
Absolutely loved Wallace and Gromit - so many fun references and twists in the story, and Feathers McGraw is such a good villain!
Merry Christmas everyone! π
Oooh that was also outstanding too!
What a finish Tonali!
#48 - Saturday 14th December 2024
β½οΈ Atherton Collieries 1-3 Hednesford Town
π Northern Premier League Division One West
Lots of effort from both teams, not so much quality, but Hednesford were more clinical and took their chances well, and killed the game off well after going 2-1 up.
1994/95 DB Draft tonight!
Score Update:
NYJ 26 - 32 MIA
Final
That's Scorigami!! It's the 1089th unique final score in NFL history.
#47 - Saturday 7th December 2024
β½οΈ Mossley 2-0 Atherton Collieries
π Northern Premier League Division One West
Poor match in awful weather conditions, Mossley took two of the few chances in the match. Colls put in a solid away performance in the first half but struggled badly in the second half.
Mossley vs Colls still on, incredibly cold and windy!
Playing really well and still losing a 2-0 lead is rather annoying... but one awful 15 minute spell combined with Nick Woltemade being class has proven costly. Less said about the winning goal the better... #fcunion
What a hit! π€©
Can't really knock a point there, played some good football and created plenty of chances... so much better than the West Ham and Palace games. Tonali and Isak were outstanding too.
Interesting time to blow the full time whistle though when we had a great counter attacking opportunity π¬
Isak! What a strike!

Bit surprised Benjamin Ingrosso or Nothing but Thieves haven't made my top 5 as I've listened to them loads too!
Well race control has let this race turn into an absolute shambles like - why was the safety car not called when the debris ended up on the track? Rather than several laps later after its damaged several cars #f1
