I called OHSU I can't believe they got me in this fast! Must've been a cancellation. YAY
Not soon enough, today I had another episode at work. Also been doing research on my symptoms. My sinus polyps & septum issues can contribute to the POTS symptoms. I really hope that surgery helps!

So my doctor found out why the referral didn't go through, and they pushed hard they called me today and I have a Table Test appointment on March 20!
last September my dr requested a Table Test to see if I have POTS. I recently called to check, OHSU did not receive it. After several hours on the phone the last week, my Dr office FINALLY came through! I can't believe how hard I've had to fight for this. Just correcting the errors. Calling!!

Welp. I finally got through to OHSU and found out that they did not receive the order from my doctor for the table test. My doctor said they sent it on 917 last year. Hopefully they got it over today, when I spoke to them they were scheduling out to July🫤

Ooooh, I'm gonna try this! I have a friend who is vegan and I am experiencing many great foods that are vegan/vegetarian. I'm slowly replacing many items! Cheese. That will be the worst to transition out.
I'm glad it's helpful. When I reduce the amount of time I was on Facebook, there were times when I only checked it a couple times a week, I realize that I used to think in "status updates" when I thought something was fun or interesting enough to post. That being gone is very nice!
