5 years process from start to finish. Gross but I finally see daylight. Plus my surgeon took pictures of my old destroyed bones so I could see what made my life so miserable for so long. And now 2 shiny new titanium and ceramic zoomers. 🥰🥰 I have a lot of lost time to make up for! 🥰🚴🏌️🤸
So many things to learn but being ultra prepared has paid off. Reacher grabbers are a life saver. I picked up a bunch at Dollarama and have them scattered all over. A cold therapy machine for after is expensive but worth every penny. Prepping food before👍it's way harder to cook than warm up stuff.
I'm one week out from my surgery giving me two new hips. What a week it's been! I'm so happy I was able to do them at the same time and I'm so happy I worked really hard beforehand to make things easier on myself now. Getting around ok on crutch or walker. Pain is manageable and less than before.
Success. Bilateral, shiny new ceramic hips installed. And no general aesthetic! All done by spinal. It only took 3 hours. I'm flabbergasted! 🥰
