True. Though let’s be real that academic eligibility can be massaged I’m most circumstances by those college teams lol.

Interesting. Having AHL as an option for Junior players will really help guys who are just too good for CHL but not NHL ready. Love having that option even though it’s less needed after the NCAA eligibility changes.
I thought I read somewhere the carve out would be for 1st round picks. I’m not 100% certain on that but it wouldn’t surprise me.
Dang it. Thanks for the update
Damn
Has Lambo returned to full duties yet?
I was wondering if Lambo was healthy yet
I prefer it when the AHL isn’t a rebrand of the NHL team with a different logo. These jerseys permanently at least.
Yeah. Lambo being under 4% shooting is a wild microcosm of the teams issues.
Makes you wonder WTF is going on with the moose to be sucking this hard recently.
With housing policy like this I think he’s showing he’s more Red than Tory. Buried in the full policy is a mention of a housing first approach to homelessness.
The American administration is openly hostile to Canada, so we should take what he says at face value.
It’s become the other end of the Horseshoe from Twitter. Incessant demand to have posts conform to some unattainable standard is just as toxic as Twitter letting every bad idea under the sun get a microphone for $8 a month.
The lack of goals is concerning. But I have faith that a <4% shooting % isn’t gonna stick with him for the duration of his career.
His shooting% has been in the toilet all year. Due for some regression.
Me: uncritical patriotism is a dangerous tool that can be abused to erase historic atrocities and give license for future cruelties
Also me: if Canada doesn’t win this hockey game I will have a mental breakdown
Super Bowl Sunday kills an AHL crowd. Not surprised
They got options and that’s the best part. I still have faith Lambert has a future at C, but I also understand the Winger projections are not unearned. His play style is one I can also see being one that coaches not wanting at C.
Potentially, probably his most effective position with the moose right now, let’s him get start higher in the D zone and get by defenders on the rush.
Maybe when he’s a bit older and with the right wingers he could hack it as a C. But short term you’re probably right.
I wonder if it’s an organizational shift of Lambert to wing, diversifying his position flexibility, or just a struggling team trying something new.
Nice. And I appreciate the updates from it.
Yeah. I really enjoyed watching them through the ups and downs last year. This year I struggle to do the same
This means Ville will be in the press box for the 10th consecutive game. It also means that even if he played in the return to play game on Feb 22 (unlikely) he would go more than a calendar month between games. The way the #NHLJets have sandbagged his career over the years boggles the mind 🤯
Thanks for clarifying Murat. I’ve been confused between days on roster vs game cheques for a bit lol
I’ve seen claims cheques are prorated by days on which roster, and that they are paid out by roster status when a game is played.
Personally I think it’s probably the former which would lose a bit of money.
I was hoping he’d get another look. But being on the 4th line in morning skate communicated that they weren’t gonna give him another look right now unfortunately
He’s consistent with his chaos if that’s worth anything lol
Lambo having the better on ice numbers while having the more poor performing team is nice for Lambert fans like myself. I particularly enjoyed the retrospective you did once both stints were over. I’m excited for Lamberts transition ability and puck distribution as well as Chibbys tenacity and shot
Interesting, thanks for the follow up. Understanding the small sample caveats what do you make of the Rookies landing in the Dull area with Fetts during their brief stints?
Ehlers impact on PP1 must be doing wonders in this model considering the 2nd lines struggles this year.
