Last walk of this year 5k around Sherwood Forest visiting the Major Oak. A fresh -2.5 degrees.

Lovely walk along the beach last night from Swansea towards the Mumbles, in the day light, the return leg was in the dark which meant virtually no one on the beach, just me, a bag and my DryRobe.

When we had a garage conversion I did all the decorating naked, striping paper, painting walls etc, so much easier to clean up afterwards.

3.5 hours, 18,000 steps, 8 miles covered all while walking around Budby, in a very comfortable 14 degrees, in the most appropriate attire.

Lunchtime walk around Budby to enjoy nature in the au natural, to decompress after a long week.

Just back from 2 weeks in Gran Canaria.

Not had an issue so far, just be respectful of others you encounter.

You do also come across the rangers and dog walkers, and the occasional cyclist, just no way of knowing who you might bump into, every visit is different.

What a lovely day for bit of naked rock pooling, finding the locals naturist spots that give some solitude, and a bit of shelter from the wind and loose sand coming across the beach.

04:00hrs walking along the promenade in 22 degrees heat, you can hear a pin drop, just sitting, listening, taking in the solitude, and bare skin on wood and concrete.
