Proof I had a nice 2 days. Bday dinner Sat with tempura green tea ice cream. So good. The entire meal was amazing.
I'll never forgot how good Sat & Sun felt. Holy shit. I had been sick for 2 months straight nonstop prior. At least I got 2 days in between this time.

I've spent 8 months waiting for my neurology appt to address my spontaneous leg spasms. I still have 1 more month of waiting.
Meanwhile, they've now worsened & moved further up my legs & showed up in my arms. I've also developed some really awesome hand tremors.
