This is not just sad or embarrassing or unfair. This is a crime in itself (certainly under the EU AI Act which of course doesn't apply in the UK, but I should think many countries have laws about deception over telecoms) but also a vector by which serious fraud is conducted. 1/2

One made in China. One made in Turkey
... But curiously I've found the sizes considerably different (over 1 inch at waist). Both "designed in Britain" but one made in China, one in Turkey. Are they putting the designs through a flawed translation app, or is one not genuine?!

Opacity means HMRC, Govt and tax abuse industry can't be held to account.
