Most arguments I've seen draw the line at content depicting children in those situations.
Which I see the logic and understand it. Especially when that content does get used to do real world harm.
I'm in the boat that there's a problem and I dunno what the solution is, but bans ain't it
There's also an association of NSFW content with illegal content, so people get hung up on the most extreme instances of content being banned and not realizing the vast majority of content being affected isn't that.
