Agreed, that is the big issue and it's done by design. They are doing it to undermine the public system so they can say "see, public healthcare doesn't work" when in reality it's their underfunding that is making it not work. We need either a nationalized system or better provincial accountability.

I wish people would stop blaming the issues caused by this guy and his government on the feds. Maybe then we could have some movement in provincial politics but considering recent polling numbers it looks like conservatives and their buddies will own Ontario in no time.
