Zorvaan is a Vorta, he was created to serve the Changelings, to be afraid and weak. He can't help what he is, I don't feel anger toward him, his entire species was tampered with to make them perfect slaves.

I don't understand the Force you talk about, the light and dark...why such a thing exists...or how to use it. I accept there are similar things here, and it appears to impact people here...like how Zorvaan can sense you...and you can hurt him
