a grainy, environmental snapshot capturing the life of mod. some tucked away corner of the city, shadowed beneath an overhead walkway, nestled along a strip of barbershops and corner stores. mod sits perched on a mailbox—entirely nude, save for a pair of white sneakers. she dangles a joint between two fingers, and casts a long glance ahead. the streets are empty. devoid of the urban hustle one would expect. smoke curls wistfully from the burning tip of her joint, and a haze of it coils around her like a veil. the sun is lowering against the horizon, slowly finalizing the end of a long day.

She wears a dark grey beret with a little knotted ribbon on top that resembles a tied trash bag, a long-sleeved teal-green collared shirt with a pattern of broken light bulbs, open cans, fish bones and apple cores, a grey skirt with vertical panels and straps on the sides that resembles a metal trash can, plus white thigh highs and orange canvas shoes (because they are cute). She also carries an Oscar the Grouch handbag (her shoes are matched to the color of his eyebrows). Another fashion piece I did for that month when I drew something new every day -- this one isn't as cohesive as the breakfast design, but I really love the skirt and the beret. I miss doing one-off designs like this...it's too bad my body can't handle much drawing at the moment, so I'm limited to finishing my Patreon work and that's it. Maybe someday!
