Decluttering and not replacing that clutter with more stuff. If I do a cabinet or drawer every day (or realistically, every couple of days) it might get done without too much stress. I just don’t want my kids to have to do it someday.

One reason is that there are not enough Americans with masters or PhD in science and engineering. American students stop at bachelors degree and join the workforce because they have to pay their student’s debt. Foreign graduate students don’t have that problem.
