In my experience, no. The first game of the year that "matters" people have a plan. Go to the bathroom before leaving the house, have a snack before arriving & getting concessions during a lul, arriving super early to get concession. In the US, kickoff is essentially the only time you have everyone.
Opening kickoff is when the most eyes are actually on the field. Excitement for the game is at it's peak most often minute 1. It's just as likely that the game ends 4-0 and basically no one is watching the final minutes as it is to be a 2-2 with a final push to get the extra 2 points.
Can't stop thinking thinking about this Akron City post. Seemingly shows the Central Playoff bids this year, a controversy last year, but was deleted the same day. Did the format changed? Did HQ want to be the one "announcing" the format? I hope this is the final format. This is as fair as it gets.
Hell yeah! I gotta go see how they pronounce the likes of Natchitoches, St. Amant, and Tchoupitoulas. Even the bigger known cities like New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Lafayette are often pronounced wrong by those not from down here.
Much in the same vein as "if everyone's super, then no one will be." If every night is a theme night, then none of them are special. If a team has 20 home games, and 15 of them are theme nights, and 10 of those are the same year-over-year, it's not fun after like year 3.
Has Commish done with Louisiana names? They get funky.
It's ALWAYS funny
An American team has won the CFL more recently than a Canadian team has won the NHL.
Hell yeah! One down, now to find 19 others to do it for the other divisions!
From what I know, there's no regional league up there in the long bois. The KY-TN Conference in UPSL-P is solid and year round. So they could move over to that.
Here to help!
Something that took too long for me to fully grasp and understand is the quote or saying, "Every women knows a women who was sexually assaulted. Almost no man knows a man who sexually assaulted someone."
Crazy lower league soccer news day

Great continued growth. Now to expand those playoffs!
Even of those 5 that are folding solo, most of them won't really be missed.
No one except strikers should miss Coachella. KH SC was replaced by Lakeland UTD. KH Cin still has KH Col, in the same Div.
St. Pete was unique & will be missed & TN SC had a strong foundation is the most surprising, imo.
According to the alignment announcement, 35 teams will be in the playoffs. Meaning, seemingly, no change in overall playoff format.
11 from the East: 5 Div Champs, 5 Runners-Up, 1 WildCard.
8 from the South: 6 DC & 2 WC.
8 from Central: 5 DC & 3 WC.
8 from the West: 4 DC & 4 RU.
East Conf has 5 Divs of 11/11/10/10/9 total of 51 (+11)
South Conf has 6 Divs (+1) of 9/7/7/6/6/6 total of 41 (+3)
Central Conf has 5 Divs of 9/7/7/6/6 total of 35 (+2)
West Conf has 4 Divs of 8/8/8/7 total of 31 (-1)
Totals
20 Divs (+1) split 5/6/5/4
158 clubs (+15) split 51/41/35/31
E/S/C/W order
158 club, 25 expansions, 1 returnee, & 11 teams leaving.
Teams leaving are:
Folded
Coachella FC
Kings Hammer FC Cin
Kings Hammer FC SC
St. Parkersburg FC
Tennessee SC
Left for L1
Corpus Christi FC
Fort Wayne FC
Lane United FC
Sarasota Paradise
Folded L2 side
Lexington SC (2)
Monterey Bay FC 2
USL2 announced their divisional alignment. Here's the rundown.
If FCB + TLFC are smart, high. TLFC seems like a league would allow two teams in the same city to join. With potentially multiple trips to OKC and El Paso on the cards this season for FCB. The flip seems logical.
Owning a truck larger than an older Nisaan Frontier for purely, or almost exclusively, personal use deadass needs to be outlawed. The only thing that's happening is the road is immensely more dangerous for everyone else because someone has a small ego/dick.
3 left to L2, 1 supposedly leaving to focus on NISA. People aren't sure if CF10 is solvent & OKC UTD is openly eyeing up MLSNP. Sun City is a new team in El Paso & Brownsville has been bing chilling for the most part. What a collapse of an amazing conference (same for the rest of the South Region).
Confirmed-plausible to leave/fold. It needs updating as well. If I've heard something reputable that a team might leave this offseason or seen an expansion for USL2 or TLFC a team's marked as yellow.
Not quite the same, but I do have these

They're just gonna have a Member's Cup and it's just gonna be El Farolito, Sac Gold, Erie Commodores, Electric City Shock, and Michigan Rangers. There's essentially nothing left in terms of national brands anymore. There's basically the Burrito Boys, and that's it.
"Bro, where would Rudolph be if it wasn't foggy that night."
I guess we'll never know, cause it was foggy, and now he's a GOAT.
