Bei PostDocs sind die 8 SWS = 60% der Tätigkeit und bei PhDs sind die 4 SWS eher 30% der Tätigkeit. PhDs werden halt überwiegend für Forschung bezahlt und PostDocs übewiegend für Lehre.
Wenn man den Lehranteil an der Stelle mit einbezieht kippt es ins Gegenteil.

I find It interesting that in discussions about quality, for MDPI we tend to generalize across the publisher and for the other big publishers we always talk about specific Journals.
