Saving them is critical, not just for morality. E.g., the North Atlantic species brings nutrients to areas like Florida and Georgia that don’t see many other whales. And healthy oceans create healthy air.

It's official! Tenant-paid rental broker fees in New York City are history. The law will lower up-front costs for many renters, but its effects on rents, vacancy rates, and competition remain to be seen.
