Con staff are people.
Con staff are volunteers.
If i don't like how a con is run, I will volunteer my time.
Con staff work during their vacations, weekends, evenings, and holidays to put on a fun event.
I will not ruin it for them.

Don't hate on volunteers when you have zero context.

We might be working a con but its a holiday too

“Cons routinely claim harassment when they’re receiving accountability” OR people who volunteer their time to help the community are being harassed to the point of a mental break because the general mass act like piranhas when actual bureaucratic steps for change don’t happen overnight.
