I was there briefly a couple of months ago for my Class 1 renewal. I ended up at Gran Via, randomly, which is apparently very touristy 🤷🏻♂️. Whatever, I liked it.
I think every city in Spain has a Plaza Mayor and a Plaza España.

I managed to tick off my Christmas tradition box on the flight over here. Emirates are wise enough to have Die Hard in the correct category.

Woke up early, did navlogs, went to airport, got cancelled, came home, watched YouTube, now having coffee in a bar while it drizzles outside.
Fun times.
I...have done this.
In my defence, it was a rather unpleasant 7 hour flight on an Air Algerie A330 and this was one way of soothing my aching back.
And a couple more.

3rd. An old fighter jet in our hangar. It's apparently owned by an Iberia captain.

This was a few weeks back. I delivered NCP to our other base in La Rioja and rode back in the Piper backseat.
