The temporary order creates new uncertainty on whether votes cast by those who arrived after 7 p.m. will be part of the final tally.

The Texas Supreme Court just blocked the judge’s order that would have kept Democratic polls open until 9 p.m.

But don't let them trick you: anyone who was in line by 7PM STILL has the legal right to vote and have it counted. Anyone after will have their vote collected, but counting isn’t certain.
