Hey👋 Resurfacing after tough year. Lost mum to Pick's Disease & managing dad's Alzheimer's (might move him in). Heath took hit too - anaemia, vit D & BP issues/zombie-mode. Been just work/sleep/repeat, but feeling more human! How's everyone doing? #BackToLife ✨
