Throwing it into the void.
Anyone else ever suffer with BPPV and symptoms were too bad to compelte an Epley manoeuvre?
What did you do?
also, it's been said by others but should be repeated, met éireann have also been berated for putting out *too many* warnings before
they can make predictions/warnings about wind and rain etc, but they're also not going to know the downstream effects of that in every case, that's not their job
The death toll in Gaza has risen to 414 since the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas came into effect on 11 October, according to Gaza's health authorities
Like what?
A great time to remind everyone that the largest landlord in the Gaeltacht is now a British company letting Airbnbs.
You can't miss your targets if you don't have any targets
I think no music biopic can ever compete with the fact that during the Dylan film two lads got up and walked out when he went electric at the Newport festival. Literally True. They stormed out. Like being there.
Businessman in dispute with HSE over faulty ventilators wins contract for Galway hydro turbine project
All the talk about DJ Carey, but he couldn't hold a candle to the real master.
Oh so it turns out we are allowed criticise the EU after all, but only when it's about [checks notes] upholding environmental standards
I cannot overstress how much I despise this man and the lasting damage he has done and is doing to Ireland.
Spineless pandering and no vision for a future, just an ego that thinks it needs to be in power.
The idea that Ireland has ever "gold plated" the transposition of EU Environmental law, is causing a lot of people in my world to chortle manically.
People have literally been posting their full names saying they’ll burn down IPAS centres. They’ve been crowding outside, shouting they’ll set them alight and now someone actually does it and the politicians act SO surprised. GTFO.
Setting fire to a building when people, children, are inside should be investigated like it's an attempted murder because that's what it fucking is.
Thinking of the poor postpartum mother who should be resting at home with her baby in her arms.
Whoever did this - I hate you. You're a fucking monster and you deserve to be friendless, abandoned, unsafe, hungry and alone. Fuck you.

Why is the world just one ongoing capitulation to the wealthy minority at the expense of the majority?
They lose an election, and immediately lurch to the right to appease the vote-spoilers.
I've been watching this for more than 20 years in European politics, and now Ireland is inexorably heading in the same overtly racist direction.
Buckle up, things are about to get really, really shit.
Stomach churning cowardice.
People that contribute the least to global emissions suffer the worst from climate impacts.
Terrified for those in its path
"No no, I wanted the job where you live in a big house, travel a lot and go to events.
Not one of the shit ones where I'm dealing with people's problems, thanks."
Using a bus for commuting atm, costs roughly 15 quid a week but would be only 8 - 10 quid direct cost in car.
I am thinking there are many proole who won't make change unless its stupid not to get the bus
Its not direct climate impact, but climate culture - I think it needs to be as brazen as free
I get this, but I don't see the culture shift with it.
Any plan for free public transport imo, comes with increased services and better infrastructure (car restrictions too) - it costs a lot but saves a lot.
Fair (fare?!)
Just have been shocked by the ratio of cost to fines & inaction on policy led behaviour change.
Some transport would benefit from free travel imo to win people over - return train from Galway to Dublin almost cost of car fuel/tolls when you hit 2/3 people, many opt for comfort of car
It gonna cost us in fines of 8 - 24 billion because of an ineffective government and no leadership.
It would cost an additional 700 million a year to make all public transport free.
They are literally going to cost us extra money by doing nothing.

I'm not sure that we should be entrusting any future presidential election legislation changes to 2 parties who both ran their presidential election campaigns so badly that 1 lost their candidate and their deposit and the other lost by a historic margin and the candidate is being sued for defamation
One just got elected with 63% of the vote my dude
Guillermo del Toro quote "...think about wealth for me for example. A wealthy man that has enough..."
"not a man that needs more. If you have enough to invite somebody to beer..."
"...you're rich. If you have, whatever-"
"- yachts and planes and islands and you STILL need more? You're not rich."
Guillermo del Toro on wealth: "a wealthy man is a man who has enough, not a man that needs more. If you have enough to invite someone for a beer? You're rich. If you have a yacht, planes, islands, and you still need more? You're not rich."
