Me, DM, thinks, I guess ... So 3 PCs cram into magic mouth

Story Part 3. Since all PCs were below 5th level, as per AD&D MM1, they must all panic (no save)
One PC had some sort of barbarian like frenzy abily. Player asks if his PC can flip into a frenzy, break his panic, toss his two friends back into the Magic Mouth and all escape the Le le le Leeeeeiiich
Story Part 2. I thought that was the end of it, and was pleased that the Players had been misled.
Unexpectedly, PCs to mouth: if we climb inside your mouth, can you take us to this "Le le le Leeeeeiiich!"
Me, DM, thinks, I guess ... So 3 PCs cram into mouth jump out and
"Le le Leeeeeiiich!!!"
Story Part 1: Mega Dungeon. Had a vague idea that a Lich lived in the bottom level. PCs on 1st level encounter an magic mouth. Bit of chat. Then PCs ask something like "who's the boss". Mouth says "Le le le Leeeeeiiich" a mock fear cry of past adventurs. PCs conclude boss is a Giant Leech (not lich)
