Scot Gov has dropped plans to ban conversion therapy.

Survivors have been betrayed & re-traumatised. There’s no evidence that conversion “therapy” works - but plenty proving the harm it causes.

Waiting on Westminster is a joke. We’re on PM #6 and still nothing to move forward with a UK-wide ban.

What right to religion is and what it isn’t.

Why a comprehensive ban is SO important and the need for no loopholes to allow “prayer and pastoral support”. Your “right to religion” doesn’t permit or excuse the abuse of LGBT people.

The constant monitoring and checking of your natural behaviour in order to ‘stay in the closet’ or survive in a heteronormative society is torturous and eradicates your self-esteem and sense of self-worth.

The issue of ‘consent’ in this debate.

ALL forms of conversion therapy are coercive as it's not possible to give 'informed consent' to torture.
