Luckily loads of people do - else we’d be watching a lot of cartoons and documentaries 😁.

A small canvas with a cherry tomato painted in oil on a cerulean blue background .. there is a very small person leaning against the tomato which makes it look huge!

A small framed canvas framed in white, held in my hand. The painting is of a small persons maybe scattering rose petals or something red onto a blue fading into greeny-yellow background.

I like refried beans. That’s why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they’re just as good and we’re just wasting time. - Mitch Hedberg

A photo of Scarborough South Bay harbour. A sea fret. The reflection of a seagull in the water on the left. The sun shines weakly, reflected. The sky barely blue descending into grey. Everything in monotones.

Everything about this image I love.
Scarborough UK today, with a light sea fret. Just *chefs kiss*.
The seagull reflection - see it?

A photo of the lower half of a white middle aged woman’s arm, with a tattoo of the Chinese symbols for fire and horse on the back of her wrist. She wears a simple silver sting on her 3rd finger with a light blue stone.

This is my year as a fire horse … after some of the most difficult months I’ve ever had to go through since July, I am owning this energy. So a tattoo is a very good way to mark this new phase. Own what’s next.

Celebrating the very first tulip of the year here in my North Yorkshire little slice of nature. It’s a Johann Strauss - a short flowering delicate little thing.

No filters - I love these colours.

As David said it needn’t be about one or the other. It’s a big world and we should all create/have access to what makes us feel healthy and fulfilled - sport and the arts being up there for a significant percentage of us. I’m interested as to WHY the disparity? Things don’t happen in a vacuum.
