went to see this movie with friends, not really my usual genre but it was a good watch
DiCaprio was funnier than i expected im ngl. story was intense and i liked it, but the beginning felt poorly edited
there were a couple of really cool shots

i HIGHLY recommend all fans of the monster collector genre to check out the kickstarter page, aside from the trailer it's got a TON of info and shit

this renewed my belief in the indomitable and unstoppable human spirit
pure hype diluted in anime form and it couldn't be better. though icl the ending gets just a little bit too kooky for my tastes
the main cast is so cool. Rosseau is especially fascinating

this one was shorter than the others, so i gave it a quick read while waiting for the Pokémon Presents
fun take on a zombie apocalypse, great dialogue as always. you can definitely tell it's one of his earlier works though, generally not as interesting as some of his other stuff

all we know is it's a monster collector, a 3D game, and gameplay will be VERY different from Pokémon
knowing him, it's also guaranteed to be story driven, probably with a lot of lore...and there's speculation of it being a horror game
will DEFINITELY be posting abt it tomorrow if it hits with me!!
tomorrow he'll be unveiling the project 2 the Presents, he said we'll see gameplay and that there will be a Kickstarter (lowest tier that gets you the game should be around 20 bucks)
this is a guy who REALLY knows his shit with this genre, & is very disillusioned w latest Pokemon games
so, tomorrow's Pokémon day, obviously VERY excited for the Presents
something im more hyped about though...this one big italian poketuber known as Cydonia recently announced he has opened his own indie studio a couple months ago, and they're working on a monster collector of their own

like i said, bit of a Zerocalcare phase
this one has a more coherent, linear story. still very good, still very funny, surprisingly dark near the end
didn't hit quite as hard as the other one tho, i think Calcare's at his best when he does more loosely connected scenes

this one was rly good! love this guy's sense of humour, & how its always interwoven with a simple yet dramatic and emotional story
