Above all; amplify Iranian voices! I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but most major news networks seem to be ignoring Iranian voices (minus the Islamic republic, which does not speak for the people) entirely.

This is a complex situation with no black and white answers, unlike for example Palestine.

D) opinions are going to change and perspectives will too, and we should embrace that
E) this isn’t a partisan issue, both major US parties are looking at this in incorrect ways

And also; I’m still learning about this, but I have some Iranian friends who have been very kind in educating me.

A) many are celebrating the death of Ali Khamenei and other IR politicians
B) Iranians aren’t stupid. They know the implications of war in Western Asia. They are cautious
C) diplomatic relations eroded before they even started; which does not excuse war as the next best option, but should be noted
