This isn't rocket science. Put racks in busy places. Near the front door. Space them out, far from a wall. Make sure they're well lit. Make locking easy. The goal is for riders to come back and have their bikes still there. If it's a business, the goal is to have riders come often to buy shit.
We've effectively banned kids from public streets through dangerous, car-centric, speed-inducing designs.
Let's not ban them from public parks as well.

The roundabout is so much safer, more pleasant and even heavy traffic moves at a smooth 15 mph.
The road turns into 4 lane 35 mph Mission Blvd where traffic averages < 5 mph bc you have to wait 2+ mins at the lights.
But people still complain about the roundabouts!
