I don't normally go to the gym on Sunday but I did today because I'm catching up. It was leg day. Ugh. Plus 10 minutes of elliptical.
I try to ignore it. It was easier before the big was installed last fall. It also helps that the focus of attention are the singers (5 plus the worship pastor).
