If my boss gave me shoes that didnβt fit I wouldnβt wear them.
Trump once said he could shoot someone on 5th Ave and not lose any support.
Honestly, at this point that would be like the 32nd worst thing he did.
Fun fact about me: I never became a professional baseball player.
MR is pretty much the only political show I watch anymore.
The only novel I actually finished writing I wrote about a page and a half summary, beginning to end, before I started. Things changed as I went but I had at least a blueprint. So if I'm serious about this new idea I think I should do that again. "Winging it" has never worked out.
Haven't been overly impressed with the "celebrity sightings" at the Indian Wells tennis tournament. Bill Gates and Dr. Phil. π¬π
Arg that sucks so much. Will they replace it?
I've decided to finally give the Stephen King/Richard Bachman novel The Regulators a try. It's a "companion" novel to Desperation, which I didn't like and in fact DNF. But I'm hoping I'll like The Regulators cuz everyone who loved Desperation seems to not like The Regulators. π€·ββοΈ
Whatβs your favorite behind the scenes picture? π¬
Whoever's in charge of scheduling matches at the Indian Wells tennis tournanment messed up putting Sabalenka vs Mboko at 11am. This should've been a primetime matchup.
I think one of the worst jobs in the old west was emptying the spitoons.
Things are going great when Jake Paul is your special guest.
This is why I always bring snacks and a bucket on the elevator.
I wonder how long professional tennis existed before the players were like, "Maybe we should hire some kids to collect all these balls."
The fact that the media is actually reporting on this and not simply going LOLOLOL is incredible.
Iβm not a βrun people off social mediaβ guy, but Mark Cuban learning the hard way that Bluesky users werenβt falling for his populist bullshit was a lot of fun.
*Wondering if Trump's cabinet will ever turn on him*
*Reads article about Trump's cabinet being too afraid to not wear shoes he bought for them*
I always had a feeling I was super famous over there.
I'm hoping to move to Maine in the next 3 or 4 years. It's not just out of spite, I work in Maine so it actually makes more sense.
Pfft not as good as YOURS. Clearly.
Trump administration: The bombing of that elementary school was an honest mistake. Whoops.
News media: Well, that's that. Now back to our regularly scheduled programming. Does Iran have the capability to kill you and everyone you love?
NH has turned into a Libertarian nightmare.
I thought of this as a joke but now Iβm not so sure it is: a novelization of Stanley Kubrickβs The Shining. Not Kingβs The Shining, Kubrickβs version.
There might be something there.
The media will do everything possible to frame the bombing of the elementary school in Iran as an honest mistake.
I work nights and I just found out my local Regal theater is showing Friday the 13th part 3 in 3D this friday the 13th. π
Speaking of tennis, two American male players I've pretty much given up on are Taylor Fritz and Frances Tiafoe.
Prove me wrong, guys!
Also, I know Mirra Andreeva is only 18 but she needs to learn how to lose. She's going to have a mental breakdown.
Hell yeah!
I bet you could pull it off.
