Between the ass cheeks is a flustered bird being squished by the ass cheeks, and into the tail. One of the hands of the snake is grasping the side of the ass. His face is side-eyeing the bird, looking mildly annoyed as he compresses the bird.

Some folks just can't seem to get enough of the smothering. Might as well treat them to a smothering from the opposite side now. Keeping them there for a while~
