putting "_FINAL" in a filename is a kind of prayer
I urge you to stop what you're doing and watch Alysa Liu's free skate from yesterday. I have never seen anything like this. I understand why sports writers are born now. I have never seen anyone as free from the burdens of this world as this pierced Oakland girl spinning to Donna Summers.
some of you are looksmaxxing when you need to be booksmaxxing
Few people realize how important it is to write cryptic words on whiteboards with dried-out markers. It makes students pay attention and increases the kind of mystique necessary for true learning to occur.
Screenshot from Tumblr User hatingongodot: βIn 1404, King Taejong fell from his horse during a hunting expedition. Embarrassed, looking to his left and right, he commanded, βDo not let the historian find out about this.β To his disappointment, the historian accompanying the hunting party included these words in the annals, in addition to a description of the kingβs fall.β LMFAOOOOOO rip to that guy User Shitacademicswrite: i thought maybe this was fake, but thereβs even a citation! Taejong Sillok Book 7. 5th year of King Taejongβs Reign (1404), February 8.
Never forget the anniversary of King Taejong falling off his horse!

RIP, dear Catherine OβHara. π€
My hot take about the βstudents cannot read whole novels / watch whole films / etc.β is that they can learn to do it. None of us are born with attention spans suited for long media. It is a learned skill and can be developed with practice.

I feel like if I were immortal I'd be so good at procrastinating. Like putting off learning French for 500 years. Things like that
Do thou, too, remain warm among ice.
I donβt believe in hell but these people really make me wish I did.
"Cupcakes won't fill the emptiness inside me" runs through my head every time I see a cupcake.
I realise I'm just a freak, but living in a multicultural city is the best thing of all time, it's just the best possible human experience and i can not understand why anyone on earth would be like "weve got to destroy this"
Congrats, Erin!

#Helsinki achieved zero road deaths in a yearβwithout autonomous vehicles on its streets.
They did it through road diets, car-free zones, and 30 km/h speed limits.
Not by flooding the streets with robotaxis. (Waymo isn't allowed in #Finland.)
To really save lives...
