🚨 It’s 2025, and young women still aren’t treated with respect at work.
Zero-hours contracts, low pay, last-minute shift changes - even sexual harassment - are rife. Speaking out can mean losing work.
Work should provide stability, not stress. We can’t let this continue.
It’s #WorldSocialJusticeDay. Yet in 2025, young women are still: - Earning a fifth less than young men their age - More likely to face discrimination at work than not - Lacking basic safety at work - Faring worse than men when it comes to job security - Struggling to balance work and caring responsibilities Trying to survive in a system that wasn’t built for them is exhausting. This needs to change.
